dh decided to cancel sky sports because the amount of time he watches it didn't justify the cost. So he rang them (funny there's no option to downgrade your package on their website, only to upgrade it ), and lo and behold, their customer services bloke suddenly found a 'special offer' on his screen which reduced the cost by £13 per month without reducing the service.
It's got to be worth a go...
