Been trying to get on all day to do my order but it just isn't working or is it me???

I just got on but it was very slow.

Ooh, just tried again on IE (first try was on Firefox).

Got in straight away.

What can i be doing wrong?
perhaps i should give up and try tomorrow

i can get on the website but when i put my login number in it won't load
