is it just me or does anyone else think Brother Max products are vvvvvv crap..?

Inparticular im referring to their storage tubs as shown here.

I can never open the bloody things and the only way I can manage it is by using a knife to get under the lids rim. Not ideal as usually means I risk hacking my finger off..
I also tried to use them while out to store snacks for the dk's...nightmare..couldn't get the fecking lid off so endedup having to sorce a snack elsewhere..

problem is the same with items when stored in the freezer..

I have emailed brother max a while ago but heard nothing...so much for their customer services.

IMO avoid their products ike the plague.

sorry but I would disagree, the customer service i received was fabulous and very personnel, i think you may have had a delay in their response, as they are only a small company and unfortunately dont have the benefit that some of the big multi national companies have (i.e lots of staff :-) - but we have the thermometer and scoop high chair and they are both great products- its 8 years since my last baby and I wish they had been around then :-)
