John Lewis sell them.

Toys R Us do them - I've only linked to this one as it was one of the cheapest!

vertbaudet as well. I got a couple of plain ones from there and been very pleased with them.

omg! i was about to ask the same question john lewis one wew purchased with the duvet, cost the earth but v nice. found some brand new ones on ebay too...but! if you can sew two straight lines (i cant, i get my mother too) try buying single duvet covers, often v cheap and slightly more exciting patterns. and sewing along the side and across the top to make it cotbed/toddle bed size if you sew across the top and not across the bottom you can leave the poppers in place too. does that make sense? anyhow, a thought just incase you were feeling crafty
