Has anybody used gymophobics or curves?

What do you think to it? does it really work? Is it expensive?
Any advice information greatly recieved

I'm not sure, but I think you are talking about the women only gyms?
If you are I haven't been, but know three people who do the 30 minute circuit there and rate it very highly. They have all improved their fitness levels and look very toned and hadve lost inches in their measurements and they seem to keep lots of details for comparison, measurements, weight, pulse etc...

I would rate it.

You need to go for 30 mins 3 times a week to see an effect, for me that was the plus side as I couldnt bear the thought of exercising for an hour. It seems strange at first because you are on the machines for only 30 seconds at a time but you get used to it.
I joined in feb and by may I had lost 5lb with exercise alone and then joined WW to lose more weight so by June I had lost 10lbs and 8 inches overall.

That said mind, since my holiday in June I havent been back as I cant get motivated again
