Advent feeding bottles

Has anyone had trouble with the lids of their bottles. Mine have got to be they do not stay on. This happened before. I always wash them by hand and have changed them every few months.

I never had trouble with Avent when using them for DS .. and they lasted 3 years (I know) and they were just bunged in the dishwater
