Togz or other all-in-one waterproofs - any stocked by high st or dept stores?

Looking for an all-in-one for my 1yo son but need it for Thursday which makes most of the online stores out of the question.

Does anyone know whether they are easily available on the high st or department stores? Am in fairly major city!
