can sum 1 tell me what to do with a silver cross 3d hood please

why is there 2 zips on the hood and what is the second zip for thansk

Haven't got a 3D but on the Freeway Linear, one zip hides a pocket on the back of the hood (Handy for keys and tissues). The other zip is a fold down ventilation flap
