Davina's workout - any good?

Anyone got Davina McCall's workout, if so is it any good?

I've got it. Have only done it twice [shame]
I think it's good. Quite hard but well put together.

I have it, I think it's great and like nasa think it's put together really well. You do 1 minute of high impact whcih is a killer but then it slows down so gives you chance to get your breath back before the next high impact minute. Good luck!!!
