Whats the general consensus on pink buggys?

Pink for a girl and blue for a boy, does this work on a pushchair, opinions please???

didnt know maclaren made pink buggys six years ago. When i had my son (six next month)i didnt see anything pink i thought it was a recent buggy fashion trend.However maclaren did make a pink and grey stripey superdreamer back in the late 80's my cousin was in one.

I think bugaboo have actually cheapened the look of their buggy by adding garish fabrics and of course many people are now making their own (often quite loud) fabrics for them. Now they are readily available on the second hand market they could easily become 'designer chav'

(I must admit I did coo over a pair of tiny twins in a half-pink half-blue double when we were on holiday though)

Cuckoo, I had almost exactly that McLaren buggy and it got stolen on our first day at Disneyland, Paris. So, not only did we like it, someone else did, too. However, they may have just removed it and burnt it, I suppose

Seen loads of pink ones around just wondering what the general thoughts on them were. going by this thread Most of us seem to hate them, but they are obviously selling like hot cakes as most buggy merchants now sell them.Whats the worst looking one youve seen?? I hate the jive with the bright pink and orange flowers with white wheels.
