I booked one on ebay, they never picked up and I ended up doing a chargeback. Wouldn't recommend them. I use parcels2go, never had a problem with them.

i use these

you need to be a bit careful about who you use. I used balloonsandgift once who contract the work out to DHL. Parcel got damaged and despite having paid extra for the insured service I couldn't claim since DHL had a contract with Balloonandgift and not with me. Balloonandgift went strangely quiet when I tried to get them to claim it for me and I never got my money back. It was nearly £100 too so very annoying.

So the message is don't use anyone who subcontracts out the work.

i think most of them sub contract out don't they? they usually use dhl, city link or parcel force.

You're probably right.
