ipod car charger - does price matter?

hi, i can get a car/mains charger on ebay for £5 or i can pay 4 times that much. is there something i should know about the cheapo ones?

I don't know ...i have the bargain bucket one branded "IWant" and also the FM tuner, for the princely sum of 8 quid. Likewise they go for £30 in some shops. Can not make it out as the cheapo ones do the job fine for me.
