I'm so impressed with their customer care.
We have had E3 Explorer for just under 1 year. The zip that holds the parcel tray/footrest has broken. Probably has something to do with the fact that dd1 keeps trying to sit in the parcel tray instead of on the seat. Anyway, sent them a email asking them if its possible to buy another one and they have just sent me one free of any charge all the way from NZ.
100x better than when I was trying to get problems sorted out with Mamas & Papas.
