Tell me about your tv, phone, broadband packages please!

we are due to move into the new house after the weekend, and want to get all the paperwork sorted. have been with virgin/telewest for years, but i cnt hack them anymore, awful customer service. who are you with? are they any good? and why?

TalkTalk are good. We have broadband/phone package with them.

Our TV provider is Sky.

howmuch do you pay if you dont mind me asking?

£20 ish - that includes our broadband and all local/national and international calls 24/7.

We are with sky, they gave us an offer if we recommended someone, us and them get a free sky plus box

We have everything with them for £55 p/m. Movies and sports, all other tv, net and phone.

thats with line rental too

Sorry Red, but we have had nothing but trouble withe TalkTalk and their customer service is awful.

We are going to change as soon as we move and are going to sky.

aol broadband 9.99 per month - all day everyday.

aol talk 7.99 free calls all day everday except mobiles and those 0845 etc ones.

have to pay the 10.50 line rental from BT for my landline though

we've been with NTL/Virgin for years

Did briefly swap to sky/bt........but swapped back ASAP as they were crap.

I put up with the dire customer service line as I rarely have to ring it and I'm happy with what I pay

Strange isn't it Shoshe, just how different customer service can be within a company - we've always found them okay.

WORD OF WARNING, PLEASE CHECK THAT SKY DOES THE BROADBAND IN YOUR AREA.

My mate was not told it wasnt in her area, they set everything up and THEN wrote to tell her she would have to pay nearly 3 times that amount. She told them to come and get the dish, and all the other stuff and they have been threatening her ever sinc e. (one person says sorry, next day a final dman and bailiff threats.) Been arguing with them for 3 months.

Think it is all ok, if you do have it in your area.
