Self adhesive name labels?

I know there was a thread on this before but I have looked and I can't find it. Need some sticky name labels - would like some to go inside shoes and also to put on water bottles etc. The ones I have bought before are Cash's and they are soooo dull: would like some funky ones please!

easy2name is the company mentioned previously on here. There used to be a mn discount ... I'm not sure if there is any more. But you could always ask!

I'm not sure how 'funky' they are though!
