anyone got one?i think it says candy smart activa.its the middle compartment where the fabric conditioner goes.

I have this problem too (Servis wm) I can get the drawer out of mine if I Plu it upwards and wiggle it!!

If that doesnt work try putting a small piece of sponge in the compartment to soak up the water.

Mine always does this it's years old but i always just tip it up and empty it at end of cycle.

ooh thankyou both.i tried tipping it and getting it out.didnt think of sponge!well done!mines less than a year old!

Does the drawer not lift out ?
The whole drawer pulls out of mine as well as the little fabric conditioner tray ?

i cant work out how to.i'll use the sponge trick and them have a proper wiggle about with it.

you should be able to take it out as you are supposed to remove and clean them regularly. I just pull the tray straight out - you need to pull quite hard though.

i wonder if thats why its full of water-needs cleaning?

Some models have a push down lever at the far end. Have you got down to eyelevel and looked,or felt up the end?

They should be removed as they gunk up alot and need de-gunking.

i tried to look(with toddler helping so i admit not properly),tried to have a feel but couldnt feel much.

I just give mine a good pull and it comes out ?

turkey baster also works for gettiing water out IME

thanks for everyones help yesterday.i managed to get all the water out-fight with the drawer and get that out(really fight!)and gave it a good clean.and now its working fine!thankyou
