Anyone got an iPhone?

I need to upgrade my phone, and am a bit of a sucker for a nice mobile phone. Does anyone have one? Are they any good? Or should I just stick to my lovely nokia? I don't know why I want/need one. All I do is call, text and occasionally take pics of my lovely dcs. Questions questions. Btw apologies if I have to leg it, my dd is due to wake any min now.

this is super childish but i want to get one just to make my dh jealous! he has a crackberry and is forever fiddling with the bloody thing. He really wants an iphone so i might just get one to fiddle with first thing in the morning like he does his crackberry. just think, once uopn a time it was me he fiddled with, not an electronic device, but hey that's another thread.

Lol at luckywinner, I keep telling dp not to leave his blackberry on our bed, especially on my side, grrrr! Do iphones take pictures? If that's a main thing you do it might be better to choose your phone for that, especially as blackberries don't - dp steals my phone to take pics and send them to himself. I have a sony ericcson with camera and mp3 but I think you can probably get models including nokia which do both better than this one.

our laptop has conked out so I have been mning on Dhs iPhone it is brill can't do punctuation though

iphones definitely take pictures - I had a good old fiddle with a friend's the other day. Would love one myself but can't justify expense at the mo. Have to content myself with fiddling with dp's ipod touch (also very satisfying).

I've got one and have to say I love it! Takes great pictures, fab internet connection and I use it as my ipod too. I'd be lost without it

Fairy, what do you mean by you just don't register it? I am such a muppet with stuff like this! my dad is in chicago so theoretically could get me one in the states but I am guessing it would be totally unusable here.
It would be a bit of an extravagance i know but I have been saving pennies hard!
