Which tights with this dress?

I've purchased this Boden dress and am really happy with the fit and colour.

I think I'll get a lot of wear out of it this autumn and winter. It's a very dark green colour, and I'm also thinking of buying the green loafers the model is wearing in the picture. It's too cold to wear without tights, but not sure if black tights would be correct, sandwiched between dark green dress and shoes? Any suggestions?

You could wear any colour tights
with that dress (not very helpful!)

If it’s for warmth I think it needs to be black, personally.

Thick black ones, or black/barely black thinner ones.

Black I’m afraid unless you want to look like you present blamory, so go with the black shoes,
