I’m trying to find out how many Ninja OL750UK Multicookers are failing due to a failure of the lid wiring causing a ‘Plug In’ error. I think this is a design fault as you cannot use it without opening and closing the lid so the product is not fit for purpose if it fails within 6 years of manufacture. If you have either had this failure or have one of these 15in1 multicookers, use it regularly and it has not failed please could you reply with a note of when you bought it? If I get a decent number of responses and a reasonable percentage of failed machines within 6 years of buying then we may be able to convince Ninja to refund every person in the UK their full purchase price rather than admit their failings in court.
