Wheres the best value place to buy an 18" decent thickness gold chain for my step sis?

I dont DO jewellery per say (plain jane I AM ha ha) and would like to get her a nice chain for as cheap as poss basically

Stuff in the shop starts at about a fiver for a chain and goes up for the thicker / heavier ones. what area are you in? [vaguely as you wish]
