I am thinking ig buying this Tiffany bag but is it a good price as I have an event coming up and I really like it
£200 roughly.

Isn’t it a bag charm? So something a bit bigger than a keyring you stick on your actual bag? That’s what I get from the description - you’d barely fit a thimble in there!

Aesthetics not withstanding (very much not to my taste) there's no evidence it's genuine given the seller hasn't provided any pictures of the actual bag, close ups of hardware and stiching, or the original bag and packaging. You'd want to ask for all of that before even considering it.

As an aside, assume you're planning to travel light, or take an actual bag to put things in?
