Recommendations for simple black winter shoes with a low block heel please

I'm looking for a pair of simple black shoes for winter. Basically I want a ballet flat or court style shoe with a 3 to 5 cm heel. Doesn't have to be leather, but must be water resistant so not suede or material, round-ish toe and no strap. Prefer the heel to be reasonably substantial so no kitten heels.

Literally just described the shoes my daughter has bought from primark around 3.5 cm block heel round toe leather patent front but rest is leather.
