No Spend September

Arrrgghh. I stupidly agreed to a no spend September unless essentials like food etc.. and my ego said hey this will be easy I will do it in October too and November.
My addiction is Vinted.
Starts with cheap £2 Items and just in last 3 weeks I've spent just under a hundred pound on badges to jazz up a 5.95 denim jacket bargain.
I need to delete vinted but can't bring myself to doing it. Its day 5 and I'm already thinking of how I can get around it.
Tips.. has anyone done the same and succeeded.

My current issue is Whatnot. It’s so easy to just spend and spend and spend.
I also forgot I was only getting half a wage this month as I took a couple of weeks off in August. I might need to do a no spend October and November 😄

I guess the easiest thing is just to delete the app. Easier said than done though.

A denim jacket sounds hideous, like a pearly king or an old man on a mobility scooter in Skegness would wear. I'd resell it all on Vinted to recoup some money?

I love vinted but also love a no spend challenge.

My tip would be to declutter, bag up everything that you no longer want or need. Anything that you have multiple of, keep your favourite. When you see it all bagged up you realise how much money that would have cost.

"an old man on a mobility scooter". Bloody hell.
