Turtledove London issues

Be really careful ordering from Turtledove London. I really think they've gone under. I'm waiting on a £200+ order, made 3 weeks ago. I had 1 email saying there was a warehouse issue and nothing since. No response to emails, no dispatch notice. There's a lot of reviews on trustpilot saying the same. As of just now, their facebook page is still up as if no issues. Website appears to have gone down since lunchtime today.

Oh no. I rather like them, but it did wonder about the amount of sales they were having and no new stock for ages.

I hope you get your order or a refund.

Thanks. I'm gutted, I had wanted to order from them for ages, and obviously, who can afford to lose over £200? I've raised it with PayPal, but not holding my breath.
If you look at the comments on instagram it's not looking good at all. Best case scenario, customer service is appalling.
