Have finally whittled it down to these 3... which is the best???Need a buggy that will suit a 2 and a half year old and a new born and cope with narrow streets and 3 deep steps to climb... Thanks for help. My brain has gone into pregnancy meltdown and can't make a sensible decision!

find friends/people you know and borrow the pushchair to test it. People can be quite helpful if you explain. I was recently accosted in tescos by someons asking about my twin MB!

I'd go for the Jane myself but I have no proper first-hand experience!

I used to use a graco one for friend's children - it was REALLY heavy to push with a 2/3 yr old in the front

My cousin had a single Jane three wheeler for her DD - it was really light so I presume the double wouldn't be too much heavier.

And personally, I just don't like the set up of the P&Ts

I agree with Lewis, the Graco is very front heavy. I'm only 5'1" and was quite slight at the time, and some days had to swing on the handle when I had one of these.

P&T's are one of those love-hate things, I don't like them, but some people swaer by them, and they are convienent in the way they work. That said, unless you have the panniers, the basket space is tiny.

Thinking about the steps, I would really recommend testing in rl, when I had my Graco stadium, I found the spread of the steps into the post office in town was just so I had to try and lift both the front and back at the same time if I make sense. You don't want to be in that situation, it would really knacker your back.
