Need a new highchair for 16 month old so can sit at table!

We currently have a Chicco Polly on long term loan but it is going back soon

However it is too large to it properly under our small folding table - it is a butterfly table - very narrow in the middle and two sides that fold out - so it can seat 4 very comfortably. It has folding chair though, which are no good for kiddies.

So I need a chair for DS of 16 months - he needs a highchair of some form - not sure whether a booster seat would suit the chairs as they can fold easily if yousit too far back.

Was fancying one of those ones you get in a cafe - wooden and are like a cube - they stack up - but cant find them for sale. Budget is around £50 and it needs to either fold up or fit under the table.

Any suggestions - we can get a cheap plastic one from Ikea which would do, but is functional rather than wooden...

our wooden cube one came from mothercare and was bang on budget at 50 quid. we've had it 18mo but reasonably sure they still do them. it fits under our averagely sized dining table and also converts to small table and chair when she wants her own 'picnic' as she calls it.

this is the one we have now for DD, and here is one that we had for DS2, which dd still uses at Granny's house to sit up to the 'big' dining table in, which is an antique wooden table which has low edges on so you need something quite low to sit under it iyswim, possibly what you are after too?
