Just beware when purchasing a phil & teds vibe that alot of them have a design fault with the front wheel, which 'speed wobbles' when you pick up pace when walking (or just hit a stone).
Although this can be rectified, a washer type rubber ring needs to be changed in the front wheel. It is an absolute pain to do it, and requires alot of force to put the front foot well back on. It took over an hour to do today.
Out n about were not very helpful on this occasion.
There is nothing on the P&T website to indicate there is a fault with some of the buggies.
