Anyone Else Had Problems Returning an Item To Flown?

Anyone else had issues with Flown (formerly Numoya) ceramic hair stylers?
They make very big claims and supposedly offer a 30 day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee.

I received a faulty brush. Sent out from London. They want me to return, tracked, to China, at a cost of over £20. They offer to send a replacement, which many reviewers say either doesn't arrive, or is also faulty.

My bank cannot pursue a claim as they have offered a replacement, or a 30% refund.
So many bad reviews online.
Anyone else dealt with this company?

I'm off for a hospital appointment, so not posting and running. Will reply later.

I know that ----now, but Flown are one of those companies who hide behind a UK address. They dropship from China, rebrand, repackage and resell. When the items go wrong, they expect the customer to return to China at their own expense, claiming environmental reasons. Very naughty.
Just wondering if anodyne had managed to get a refund?
