OMG my Phil & Teds Sport is broken!

The head of the bolt that holds the rear wheel on (the quick release button) has come off at some point over the past couple of days - I only noticed because the brake wasn't working properly. My wheel could have fallen off really easily

I use this buggy every day, this is just a disaster.

I love my Phil and Teds but am increasingly concerned about the build quality, especially considering the price.

Out'n'about are official source for Phil and Ted spares. If under warranty they send it out for free.

Thanks, I have emailed them - it is still under warranty, but my mum who lives in Florida bought it for us over there, so not sure where we stand on replacement parts. I have also contacted the shop she purchased it from though.

It is just so scary to think the wheel could have fallen off - it must have been missing for a few days as I noticed the brake was playing up (not locking on one side), it was only when I checked I noticed the bit had come off

Wow, they are really efficient - they are putting a new rear axle in the post for me today!
