Skip Hop Dash Deluxe - anyone else hate it?

I spent £56 on a skip hop dash deluxe and hate it. The magnets on the front don't keep the damn thing closed. Stuff everywhere whenever I sling it in the car. Anyone else found this to be a problem or is it just me/mine?
