arrived today so we unpacked it and pushed it around the office

IT feels a tad wobbly, in a side to side way - am I making sense? As in, when you hold the handles you can wiggle it from side to side with the wheels not moving.

Or is mine just shite

a bit wobbly but not massively

BlueDragonfly · 24/06/2008 12:15

i had a shit one. it was 3rd hand (at least!) from ebay. It was super rickety. When we were looking for a new one for babymonster (the pliko would NOT have lasted) the new ones felt a bit wobbly too

naomi83 · 24/06/2008 12:21

we love our pliko cos it does everything its meant to, but we see it as a family car, its not a bmw style buggy, so its not a super smooth ride, but the attachments for carrycot, car seat, free harness (our son loves to pull forward) and fantastic sunshade, as well as its middle of the road price make it worth it

CarGirl · 24/06/2008 12:23

Some of the wiggling is the suspension in all the wheels.

MamaG · 24/06/2008 12:33

I think everything was clipped together firmly - I will double check at home tonight.

I feel really pissed off and just wish i'd bought new

How did you get on?

MamaG · 25/06/2008 12:49

It didn't seem as wobbly when I got home and tried again - i did wonder if I didn't do it right at work! I'm happy with it now and I've attached the car seat, moved hte hood around and placed baby annabel in it the DC had a great time playing "look after baby" last night.

DS (4) announced loudly "he needs feeding" and pulled the doll out by the leg insisting "get your booby out mummy" - ummm no! I said "oh its ok we can just pretend", cue a cross 4 year old syaing "just pull your top up"

How is the mypod looking, did it clean up well?

babyjjbaby · 25/06/2008 13:55

ahh which one did uchose in the end lol the used ones can sumtimes be wobbly but they r sposed to be a bit wobbly they used to be really rigid when they first came out but the rivets kept breaking so they made them so they wobble a bit now but r great buggys

MamaG · 25/06/2008 16:20

I haven't washed it yet as I want to dry it on the washing line and its too wet!
