Best pillow for a very hot 6 year old

6yo is a very hot child, always has been. he already has a lightweight duvet, which is generally kicked off anyway, and half her Pjs are generally shed during the night too.

However her head and back of neck in particular get very hot and sweaty in bed. To touch her skin she is literally wet!

Would a better quality pillow help? If so, can you recommend one?

Will have a look; thanks for suggestion.

Any other suggestions? Would a natural product pillow help do you think?

have you thought about leaving an electric fan on in her room? our bedroom is baking and this is how we manage
I know it is not very eco-friendly but it is so uncomfortable being hot

Will look at GLTC.

Her room definitely isn't particularly hot, trouble is she has always been such a hot little thing!
