Those cooling water spray things - are they any good?

They seem really pricey. You know, the ones that come in a can like a hairspray, but they give a mist of cold water or something? Has anyone tried them? Thinking they might be good during labour.

They are ace - especially if you are pregnant to spray on your legs - Decleor do one called circlaspray which DH bought me when I was having DS and I have to say it was a lifesaver!

why do they cost so much? The ones I saw were about four quid and you only seem to get a teeny amount

fab - worth every penny. I keep one in the glovebox in the car for hot and bothered adults (and kids) and is a lovely treat. Seem to last ages too.

I got a Boots own brand, not that expensive I think or would not have bought it - just water one not one with Vitamin E in etc

Just one or two squizzes on the back of the neck and one on the face and you get cooled down really quick. Don?t need to keep squirting and squirting it. Also, I never let the kids do themselves - little goes a long way.
