I need a cat flap for my chihuahua so I don't have to leave the door open. She's constantly coming in and out of the house. But I don't want someone's cat coming in my neighbours cat is always trying to come in as it is. I don't know if something like this exists

You can get an electronic cat flap that is linked to your cats/dogs chip. Only your cat/dog can get in and out.

Yes a microchip cat flap. Presumably also works on your dog’s microchip

Yes get one with the collar thing that only activates for your dog. We had one for our cat

Microchip cat flaps are available at the usual online retailers as well as national chains of pet shops. They are triggered by your pet’s microchip and don’t require a special collar. We’ve had one for about 12 years without any issues. I’m sure they’ll work just as well for a small dog as they do for a cat.
