I need boys age 8 post operation/surgery tearaway underpants/boxers. Velcro or stud fastenings. I can find them for men but not children. We need them asap.
Cant see how I could make them using cotton jersey boxers/trunks.

I've not long worked with a family who's 11 year old broke his pelvis and needed these.

they bought these https://www.amazon.co.uk/FakeFace-Children-Underwear-Bedridden-White-Boy/dp/B0DGD2PXD8?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&smid=A26FMJ3FYJX65U&th=1&psc=1]] and they were ok but we actually ended up being a load of looser fitting pants in the size up (tried 2 sizes up buy he was a super skinny thing so they didn't work but if your DS isn't so skinny then I recommend 2 sizes), cut them up the sides (hips) and added iron on velcro (also did some with sewed velcro which was better but iron was fine) and they worked great tbh

Night time pull ups could work? They come in a large size from most supermarkets if he isn’t huge.

Would pull-ups (used for toilet training) do? You can get them to fit older kids.

Sorry, cross posted with @Darking.

Can you use incontinence slips(like pads) inside pants if its for incontinence they work as well just buy small apology if it's for another reason

Thank you for these ideas. He is skinny. The problem is that he’s having one leg lengthened and will have an external cage on his lower leg for quite a time. The pull ups won’t go over the cage. Velcro on pants which are cut up the side seams is advised but I’d need an overlocker to cut cotton jersey trunks etc.
I was trying to find cotton poplin boxers if the tearaways, available for adults, aren’t sold. I think…..

These look ideal. Thank you
