Just so mad, I need to vent.

Ordered 2 items, and they sent an incorrect item.
Sent the incorrect one back, explaining why.

They tell me I've returned the wrong item.

I explain.

Then they tell me they have examined the item, it's been worn and not in original condition so no refund.

I will never use them again.

Thank you for listening to my vent.

You need to complain about this, make them put it right

I’d take this up the chain of command. Did you take photos of the incorrect order/items? Generally pictures of this means they have to accept as proof of their mistake.

Gosh, I've never had any issues with Adidas, but it reminds me of an Amazon purchase I made once, whereby I just received an empty packet instead of what I ordered (it was some fancy bolts - I don't think they were stolen, because it was all packed up in the box with other things - it's just that the packet was completely empty).

Did all the usual returns/refund request, explained the situation, took photos..... then they wouldn't refund me, because I'd returned an "empty package". Ummmm..... yeahhhh....

I did get it sorted in the end, but only after I called and spoke to someone. Maybe try that, as it gets you around the "computer says no" issue?

Complain through trading standards.

I had problems with Adidas too and vouched never to order from them online ever again!

Unfortunately not. I will in future.

Frustrating isn't it? Thankfully, it is a low value item, but still.
I am going to try and escalate it....
