Can anyone help me I’m really struggling to return clothes to SHEIN where the qr code is not working but I can’t seem to go back and do it again . I’m so stressed with it all

not ordering again it’s so confusing

The quickest way to sort this out is to cancel the return !! Then request the return again and select print label if they give you that option other than that try chat and good luck 🤞

I can’t get to cancel the return , it says return processing all the time ?

Oh what a pain !! I do it all the time with Temu so I thought it would work with Shein ! Haven’t used Shein for a while !! You will have to try and use there chat bot !! Let me know how you get on 🤞

I take it the return is in post. What does it say when you scan the QR code at the locker. Have you tried putting the number in at the locker too. I have never had one not work before.

I think we actually messed up doing it and don’t actually have the right code as the machines won’t accept it ?

just press send parcel then scan it yes I have entered the number a few times if the QR code won’t scan it will ask for the number!! Give that a try 🤞
