How can I restore yellowed soles on old Daniel trainers?

I have thee very old but still wonderful shoes (IMO!). They are a pale gold crocodile type leather from Daniel. I love them but the platformish soles are now kind of yellow. I've tried lots of things, but can't lift the staining. Does anyone have any idea as to how I might make them wearable again?

Try Cif cream with an old toothbrush - the white one not the lemon scented one!

Whitening toothpaste and an old toothbrush. Works on all manner of things.

Have they been in the washing machine, if that fails try toothpaste.

I am useless at domestication but i usually use an anti bac wipe and they do work, just make sure if the shoes are suede they dont get wet inside.
