Where can you buy reasonably priced wood furniture - I've tried Ikea but they don't have what I want

(which is a tall, thin storage unit, with some shelves possibly some with baskets in...not too specific am I!) I've looked at the Cotswold co. but they were too expensive. Where else is worth a look?

smaller, private companies locally. That's what someone told me, and I ended up finding a really nice wardrobe and solid oak chest of drawers in an independant retailer. Much cheaper than someone like the cotswold co too.

You are probably right but unfortunately I haven't got the time at the moment to go round lots of shops looking for the right one, that's why I was looking for an online retailer.
