Debenhams Returns

I recently returned 2 items. Postal tracking says the package was successfully delivered on 14th April but still no email to confirm refund is on the way

I have tried all of their available contact channels text, FB messenger, email and instagram customer service. They no longer have a phone number to call

Bit concerned as I really need the refund money back😢

Does anyone if they are just painfully slow or should I be concerned.

Debenhams isn’t Debenhams anymore. Someone else bought the name, and it’s basically temu. They sell crap, and have no proper customer service and mostly ignore anyone who tries to return something. You might get the money back at some point, you might not. Just look them up online for recent reviews. Your best bet is to speak to your bank for a charge back. And don’t buy from Debenhams anymore.

They r frighteningly slow. I returned a Louis Vuitton in Jan and it did start to panic me the delay. All was good in the end.

It took me nearly 3 months to get mine. I went through Resolver. They're terrible and I'd advise everyone to avoid such a terrible shop.

Debenhams is diabolical now. I have had no end of problems with deliveries recently one where I paid for express delivery and it didn’t arrive on time. Refused to refund it. I used to use them all the time- won’t touch them now.

I agree, I bought five dresses to choose from for a wedding and the refund took an age. I had to get my credit card company involved before they refunded.

They have initiated my refund. There was a lot of going backwards and forwards with bots to get there.
Absolutely painful. I will never shop with them again.

Be careful with where you shop from now on, I also vowed never to use Debenhams, bought directly through the company who sold the item I wanted, and when my payment showed up it was to Debenhams. Never would have ordered if I'd known.
