Stokke xplory seat keeps collapsing

Hi, I have loved my xplory, but recently the seat has started collapsing down the stem (slowly thankfully) when my normal sized 16 month old is in it. Does anyone else know of this issue? I have tried contacting them but given the number of bugs on their support website i am not hugely optimistic.

Yes, it has happened to me before but only with an older style Xplory.

Phone them or email them, I may still have their email or number lying around so will go and have a look now. They will send out a small piece of metal that is easy to put in yourself, they send a sheet with pictures showing you what to do. This fixes the problem.

I'm glad to hear they sorted this problem - I had one a few years back and they couldn't sort it out, so had to give me a refund. I was sad to give the pram up as it had been great.
