I have a similar dress and have gone for a med heel t bar shoe in black and am still thinking about the top half. Maybe a wrap/pashmina or cute cardigan.

I'm keeping it for a September wedding but wore it on a cruise with no need for a cover up, but it looked nicely vintage with the shoes.

I'd go for a slightly cropped cream boucle jacket abd some cream sling back kitten heel pointed shoes.
