some of you may remember i had a very successful first ever semi-perm colour last week. very happy, except my hair has gone from needing H&S for greasy hair, no conditioner to really not agreeing with that at all.

i have lots of very very fine hair, so looks thick but the actual hairs are very thin. it is very hard to rinse out, and i have found that H&S is the only one that would.

It gets greasy and lank still very easily.

I need a new shampoo and don't know where to start. my hair is drier, and i think it even needs conditioner now....

I use Tres Semme. Pretty good and very good value in those big bottles. One bottle lasts me nearly a year, washing every other day.

i use charles worthington brilliant shine shamppo and the corresponding conditioner on my dyed hair

Try elvive nutrigloss light.
Should keep the shine but not too heavy to make it greasy.

I have greasy coloured hair and i use johnston's baby shampoo and conditioner but the detangling one.

I use non-chemically shampoo by Jason, and find their conditioner good too. Available from moth healthfood shops or here

MOST healthfood shops I meant!

Time Renewal by Pantene is great, mines greasy and coloured and it works wonders. Just wish they'd change the name though, always makes me think its for old people for some reason - its actually meant to reverse the damage that colouring does hence the name lol.

The conditioner is good too and they do a hair mask that is fab if used weekly.

I think you should go into boots and pick up a load of appropriate sounding mini ones - thye do lots of brands in mini sizes for about £1 each.

It is very much horses for courses with shampoo I think

I like the toni and guy ones from boots but I have very different hair to you!
