TalkTalk emailed me to say I was out of contract and therefore free to switch to a different provider. Fine (though I believe they are required to do this by law). I decided to switch. Now TalkTalk keep phoning me to try and persuade me to stay. I find this infuriating - my NO is simply not respected. But is this now normal behaviour when contract ends with telecom providers?
