Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this. I'm based in the UK and sold an item on Vinted to a buyer in the Channel Islands. I posted it 2 weeks ago via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, it was last seen the day after posting at my local Royal Mail hub. Buyer has not received it.
I looked on RM website, it says that confirmation of delivery is not given for Channel Islands deliveries and the sender has to fill in a customs declaration as well. Neither of which I was aware of.
Vinted just said the buyer can raise an issue after 24th Feb if it doesn't arrive.
Has anyone successfully sent a Vinted parcel to the Channel Islands? I would not have accepted the order had I known it was untracked and I'd have to wait 6 weeks for the money!
