Good customer service is dead

’A’ well known company took away my sofas 24/11/25 due to a fault

I managed to get a refund myself after nearly 2 months of dealing with complete and utter incompetence

I am absolutely incandescent with rage at what should’ve been a very simple transaction

I’m disabled, to add insult to injury

never ever buy from this company

never ever buy from this company

I mean, we can't possibly not if you won't tell us which 'well known' company 🤷‍♂️

As an aside, I got great customer service from a company last week and I emailed the head office to name the lovely employees.

So it's not completely dead.

That’s why I put ‘A’ well known company 🙃
