Shopping gone up again

I’ve just done my first really food shop since Xmas and am sure prices have gone up again . There are very few reductions and again I’m dropping general stuff off the list now . When will this stop ? We both work full time and it’s a struggle, it’s not good enough

Same here, just scanned the week's sales flyers online, hardly anything on special , not too surprising though, given the holidays with all it's heavy spending is just over.
Shops don't expect a lot of customers to be anxious to spend till the cards are paid off.
Probably more items on offer next few weeks, but, typically everything goes up in price in January, always has done.
I'm sticking to absolute basics and staples, it will be quite a while till I can splurge on the not absolute necessities.
Prices of everything, everywhere go up higher than many wages can keep up.
