iPhone 17 Pro Max cover and screen protector

Which case should I buy and screen protector? I bought the phone in the orange colour so would have liked colour on show but more importantly is that it’s a good case not that colour is in show. I also need to buy a screen protector.
What case and screen protector did others buy and would recommend?
As a 74 year old not sure what to choose
any advice appreciated
