Scratch mitts for six month old

My six month old has eczema on her face. I’m keeping her nails trim and keeping her covered in cream but she is managing to make it bleed in the night. Her jammies don’t have built in mitts at size 6-9 months, and I need something for her to wear during day naps too.

We are using the tiny baby mitts but they’re really not big enough- any suggestions for something her size? The only other thing I’ve seen are those bulky vests with the built in mitts but I’m hoping to just get some mitts she can wear as and when is convenient.

I think that whatever mitts you get, your baby will try and pull them off, so you might be better trying to find a sleepsuit in a larger size that has built in mittens.

DS1 Had eczema from 6 months old and these were a lifesaver. The ends have silk to be as non-damaging as possibly when they're scratching. When he started teething he chewed the (very delicate) silk off, but they still worked very well and he couldn't wiggle his way out of them.
