Right feel a right wally asking this, but need to move from the boots/sainsburys size 0 as DD wees for England and is a bit bigger now (was 5lb4 at birth) we have been gven got huggies and pampers in size 1, but have noticed that they seem to hang such a long way down between her legs - am i doing something wrong? Also all the size 1s we have looked at seem to have like an elasticated 'stand up wall' around teh legs which seem to make her a little bit sore (the 0's don't have this)

any advice greatly appreciated!

thanks

sarah

I find that whenever I move up a size in nappies they seem huge! Feels like I am doing them up around her chest. As long as they don't leak I tend not to worry. I think the 'wall' prevents poo down the legs, neals yard baby balm is great for sore bits. hth

thanks! so the hanging between the legs is normal? just seems a long way down from where it is needed!!

If the nappy seems low between the legs, can you just fit it higher? Sometimes a new bigger size seems to go very high up their torso!

thanks will have a play - thing is it seems to be fitting ok around her legs - just worried about making her sore, as the 1st time we tried this side she got a blister in a couple of hours from the elasticy bit that sticks up!

As long as it is high enough so the elastic fits snugly aruond the legs your fine

Could the stick up bit stick down? I always pull the ruffly bit down, no idea if thats the 'right' way but seems ti work
